The work

Change has to
fit a life.

The plan matters. So does what happens when you try to live with it.

My coaching focuses on health and sustainable habits, built on an executive-coaching foundation.

Work, family responsibilities, food preferences, money and access to exercise all affect what a person can do. I want those details in the conversation from the beginning.

What we can explore

Room for Health

My current programme is Room for Health: twelve weeks of one-to-one coaching for busy professionals who keep restarting or postponing their health. Three founding places are open for the intake starting on Thursday 7 January 2027.

My background

My training is in executive coaching, and I’m continuing to deepen my understanding of health and behaviour change.

I’m also interested in conversations with qualified nutrition and exercise professionals about how different kinds of support can work together.

Coaching has a clear scope

Coaching supports reflection, goals and everyday action. It does not diagnose or treat disease or replace medical care. It does not include nutrition coaching, meal plans, fitness coaching or exercise prescriptions.

If you need clinical care or specialist advice, that belongs with a professional qualified to provide it. Every coaching engagement begins with a conversation about fit, scope and expectations, followed by a written agreement.

Something else in mind?
