Work needs you. Family needs you. Everyone else’s emergencies need you. Your health gets whatever is left.

Room for Health is a twelve-week, one-to-one coaching programme for busy professionals who keep restarting or postponing their health. Together, we work out what you can manage now, and build from there.

Who it’s for

You know health matters. You’ve probably started before, maybe more than once. But work gets busy, family needs your time, or the routine you planned stops fitting your life, and your health slips back down the list.

If that sounds familiar, this programme is designed around exactly that problem.

How it works

Twelve weeks, online by video call (usually Zoom), with contact every week.

  1. Before you join

    A free 20-minute conversation

We talk about what you’re looking for and whether the programme fits.

  2. Week 1

    Opening session, 60 minutes

We agree your goals, look honestly at your everyday life and choose your first manageable actions.

  3. Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10

    Coaching sessions, 45 minutes

We review what happened, explore what got in the way and adjust.

  4. Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11

    Written check-ins

Between sessions, you send a short email: what worked, what got difficult and what you want to try next. I reply with one considered response within two working days.

  5. Week 12

    Closing session, 60 minutes

We review what you’ve learned and plan the next three months, including any ongoing support you may need.

What you leave with

Your own chosen priorities. Routines you’ve actually tested in your real week. A plan for the weeks when everything gets disrupted. And a clearer sense of what support helps you keep going.

What coaching covers, and what it doesn’t

Coaching supports reflection, goals and everyday action, led by what matters to you. It does not diagnose or treat any condition or replace medical care. Room for Health does not include nutrition coaching, meal plans, fitness coaching or exercise prescriptions. If you need clinical or specialist support, I’ll encourage you to work with a qualified professional. More about coaching scope.

Founding places

I’m opening three founding places for the first Room for Health intake, starting on Thursday 7 January 2027.

KES 24,000 for the complete twelve-week programme, or three instalments of KES 8,000: before the first session, in week 4 and in week 8. You can pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card (through Stripe), and you’ll receive an electronic receipt by email for every payment.

As a founding client, I’ll ask for your honest feedback during and after the programme. It helps me evaluate and improve the pilot. Testimonials are a separate request. I’ll only ask once you’ve experienced the programme, and saying no is completely fine.

How to begin

  1. Book a free 20-minute conversation. You’ll only be asked for your name, email and, if you like, a WhatsApp number. Please don’t include medical details.
  2. Talk. We discuss your needs and check whether the programme is right for you.
  3. Agree. If we both think it’s a fit, you’ll receive a written coaching agreement. Your place is confirmed once it’s accepted and the first payment arrives.

Why I’m doing this

Over the past twenty years, I’ve lost weight and regained it several times. It’s made me think a lot about what helps changes last once normal life returns. Room for Health is where I bring that question, together with my coaching experience, into work with people who are living it too.
